Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days for retail orders (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders will be fulfilled in the timeline provided by the salesperson.

  • You’ll receive another notification once your order or package has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship to over 180 countries.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 4-7 business days

    • International: 8-14 business days, may vary by location

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination.


International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
